Management Leadership Team
The President and Immediate Reports
Function |
The Management Leadership Team is charged by the President and vested with authority to create and maintain constancy of purpose as given in State Board Policies, System and College goals, and vision and mission statements. The team brings unity to the organization by promoting a unified philosophical framework, consistency of values, continuity of leadership, and consensus-based resolution of interdepartmental issues. Keeping the interest of the college, its students, and employees in mind, the team takes the lead in implementing the budget, the long range and annual plans, personnel needs, campus priorities, and other issues of vital interest to the campus. The team works in partnership with the SPAC Leadership Team (CP 2-31) and other coordinating teams to achieve campus-wide consensus on major issues. More specifically, the MLT works with the SPAC Team to identify needs, establish annual Key Result Areas, and ensure decisions and information are communicated to all college constituents on a timely basis. Individual members of the Management Leadership Team play a key role in the dissemination of information to divisions and the general campus in regard to matters of significant interest to the organization. |
