Policy |
Employees (Classified, Regular and Limited Faculty, Instructors,
Administrators, Contract Professional Staff, Technical and Professional
Educational Staff) are eligible to enroll in up to three state-funded credit
courses per fiscal year at any state system community college tuition free
(*except CCC Online) in accordance with BP 3-60. (*CCC Online courses will
only be funded at the current on campus in-state tuition rate, and the
employee will be responsible for the remaining portion of tuition). The
employee will be responsible for the fees and books. The course must be job
related, applicable to a degree or career enhancing. Enrollment shall be on
a space available basis.
Part time employees may only request and take up to three state-funded credit courses tuition free during the period the employee is currently working for MCC.

Procedure |
The approval of the immediate supervisor is required. To enroll, an employee must complete a Professional Improvement Request Form. |
