Free Tax Help Extended for Two More Dates

Fort Morgan, CO. 03-05-15. Free tax preparation by MCC students has been extended for two more Fridays. The Tax Help Colorado program will be offered at Morgan Community College’s Fort Morgan campus on Friday, March 13 and Friday, March 20 by appointment only.

CACE to Award Four Student Artists

Fort Morgan, CO. 03/05/15. Morgan Community College's (MCC) Center for Arts and Community Enrichment (CACE) is proud to announce the fourth annual art exhibition featuring the “Best of the Best” student artwork from the Fort Morgan area’s secondary and post-secondary schools. This exhibit opens Friday, March 20 at 4 p.m. at the CACE Gallery of Fine Art, located at 300 Main Street in Fort Morgan.

Don Richmond and The Rifters Concert

The Center for Arts and Community Enrichment (CACE) welcomes Rod Taylor, Jim Bradley, and Don Richmond—who make up The Rifters—for a free concert on Saturday, March 14 at 7 p.m. sponsored by East Morgan County Hospital. The event will be held in the Glenn Miller Auditorium at Fort Morgan High School (709 Riverview).

Fort Morgan, CO. 2/7/14.  The Morgan Community College (MCC) Foundation announces their 15th annual Gala event, scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28 at Country Steak Out Restaurant and Lounge (19592 E. Eighth Avenue, Fort Morgan, CO).

Attendees are encouraged to help the Foundation “Seek the Summit,” as part of this year’s theme. Guests will be treated to a night of piano music played by Letty Graff, from the School for the Performing Arts, hors d’oeuvres, as well as silent and live auctions—all to benefit MCC programs and students.

The night will also feature a special presentation of this year’s All-Star Alumni awards. These winning recipients are successful not only in their careers, but in their communities and support of MCC.

The MCC Foundation assists MCC with additional opportunities to support student success through scholarships, program funding, leading edge technology and facilities.
