The Center for Arts and Community Enrichment (CACE) is sponsoring a joint concert featuring the vocal talent of Donna Wickham and the instrumental performance of the MCC Jazz Combo. The free concert will be on Friday, February 10 beginning at 7 p.m. It's suggested that those attending make plans for dinner as well, as the concert will be held at the Country Steak Out and Lounge, located at 19592 E. 8th Avenue.

Donna Wickham's diverse professional activities include work as a jazz composer, arranger and performer, conductor, keyboardist and electric bass player. She released two CD's in 2011; a recording with her vocal quartet, Firesign, and a recording of original jazz compositions titled Myth and Memory. The Band is part of Morgan Community College's (MCC) music program, and lead under the direction of Ron Pflug. Students perform several times a year, and those looking to join can enroll online at www.MorganCC.edu or in person at Student Services.

Reservations can be made for 6 p.m. on the 10th for either dinner or buffet, in order to have time to attend the concert. Call the Country Steak Out (970) 867-7887 to schedule. Dinner is not required, and the bar will be open and available for concert patrons.
