Make sure you have fulfilled all the pre-requisites for the program you are applying for. (Click one of the titles below for more information.)
ADN ProgramTo be eligible for application to the ADN program, students must have completed the following pre-requisites with a grade of "C" or higher:
-- BIO 201 Human Anatomy & Physiology I, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- BIO 202 Human Anatomy & Physiology II, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- BIO 204 Microbiology, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- PSY 235 Human Growth & Development, 3 cr
-- ENG 121 English Composition, 3 cr
-- GPA of 2.5 is required for all of the above listed pre-requisites
-- Elementary Algebra Accuplacer score of 61 or higher, within the last 5 years
LPN to RN Program To be eligible for application to the LPN to RN program, students must have completed the following pre-requisites with a grade of "C" or higher:
-- BIO 201 Human Anatomy & Physiology I, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- BIO 202 Human Anatomy & Physiology II, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- BIO 204 Microbiology, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- PSY 235 Human Growth & Development, 3 cr
-- ENG 121 English Composition, 3 cr
-- MAT 103 Math for Clinical Calculations or a higher level math course, within the last 5 years
-- BIO 216 Pathophysiology, 4 cr, within the last 7 years
-- HPR 108 Dietary Nutrition, 1 cr
-- GPA of 2.5 is required for all of the above listed pre-requisites
