The Workplace Education Program exists as a partnership between Morgan Community College and Cargill in Fort Morgan. Cargill reserves on site space for 3 classrooms and a computer lab for English as a Second Language (ESL), Basic Skills, GED, and College prep. Employees of the plant and their family members attend class before or after their regular shift at the plant.
