Paying for College

Morgan Community College gives you access to an affordable, high-quality education. Our Tuition & Fees page (in Student Services section) will familiarize you with tuition for credit and non-credit classes, as well as with payment methods.

Don't let a lack of funds keep you from reaching your goals! There are options available to help you cover tuition, including: Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA).

Federal Student Aid, an office of the U.S. Department of Education, ensures that all eligible individuals can benefit from federally funded or federally guaranteed financial assistance for education beyond high school. We consistently champion the promise of postsecondary education to all Americans—and its value to our society.

Federal Student Aid plays a central and essential role in supporting postsecondary education. We partner with postsecondary schools, financial institutions and other participants in the Title IV student financial assistance programs to deliver services that help students finance their education beyond high school.

Colorado Opportunity Fund
The College Opportunity Trust Fund (COF), created by the Colorado Legislature, provides a stipend to eligible undergraduate students. The stipend pays a portion of your total in-state tuition when you attend a Colorado public institution or a participating private institution.

Eligible undergraduate students must apply, be admitted and enroll at a participating institution. Both new and continuing students are eligible for the stipend.

Scholarships
Morgan Community College scholarships are competitive and recipients are selected based upon their qualifications. Most scholarships require students to be enrolled in a degree or certificate program. Scholarship applications should be completed and submitted to the Financial Aid Office by April 1, for priority consideration for the upcoming academic year.
