What is Interlibrary Loan Borrowing?
    Interlibrary Loan Borrowing is a service that helps eligible patrons obtain materials that are not available in the MCC library collection from other libraries in Colorado.
Who may use Interlibrary Loan? How do I make a request?
How long does it take?

 

  • MCC Students
  • MCC Faculty & Adjunct Faculty
  • MCC Staff
  • MCC Administration

 

There is no charge to place a request. Most materials are available free-of-charge. When charges apply, you will be notified in advance.

If you are not an MCC student, please ask your local public library where you reside about Interlibrary Loan Service.

 

 

Complete a Book or Article request form as thoroughly as possible. Complete information is needed to fill your request accurately and promptly.

Individuals are limited to five requests borrowed at one time.  Read the FAQ for further usage guidelines and limitations.


 


Anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon location and availability of the item.

Note: Most requests can be filled within 1½ to 2 weeks. Delays can occur, so please plan accordingly for your research needs.
