Fort Morgan, CO. 04/24/18.  The Morgan Community College Center for Arts and Community Enrichment (CACE) is proud to welcome the Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) back to Morgan County. The event will be hosted at the historic Sands Theatre (211 Clayton) in Brush, Colorado on Thursday, April 26, with doors opening at 6:00 p.m.  The event is free and open to the public.

The Boulder International Film Festival, true to its name, will be showing six short films representing seven different countries.  In a Nutshell (Switzerland), Two Strangers Who Meet 5 Times (United Kingdom), Les Animaux domestiques (France), The Driver is Red (USA), Watu Wote: All of Us (Kenya/Germany), and The Eleven O’Clock (Australia) have been chosen by BIFF to celebrate the art of cinema around the world. These films range in running time from 6 minutes to 22 minutes and boast Sundance Film Festival and Academy Award recognition.  Senior film critic Walter Chaw will be in attendance to critique and discuss the film shorts.

CACE will provide free popcorn and water to attendees.  Films begin showing at 6:30 p.m. and the event will last about two hours.  CACE welcomes everyone to come and celebrate international cinema and culture from the comfort of the historic Sands Theatre.
