Using the Library
Students, faculty, staff, and community members are welcome to use the MCC Library.
Your MCC ID (S#) serves as your library card for current students, faculty, and staff to checkout materials. For community members who are residents of Colorado, a borrower’s library card may be requested with proof of address and a government-issued photo ID to check out books; some restrictions apply.

PaperCut Print Management System
Each student receives $25 printing credit each semester at the Fort Morgan Campus and the Wray Center. Once your allotment has been used, you may purchase additional printing in $1.00 increments (non-refundable) at the MCC Bookstore during regular business hours. At the Wray Center, contact Center staff to purchase more. Amounts do not carry forward from semester to semester.
If a patron has overdue materials, additional items cannot be checked out until the materials are returned.
No overdue fines will be assessed for overdue materials returned in good condition.
Material that is not returned to the library by its due date is considered overdue. Eligible items may be renewed on or before the due date to avoid becoming overdue. Interlibrary loan materials cannot be renewed.
Lost and Damaged Materials
Patrons with overdue materials considered lost to the library collection will be sent a lost notice, which will be considered a bill. Replacement costs and processing charges are waived if all materials are returned undamaged.
A hold will be placed on student’s records when library items go to lost status until materials are returned or the fee is paid.
The college is not responsible for any damage caused by its materials to any electronic system, including music and TV players and recorders (i.e. DVD, Blu-Ray players, etc.).
