Gala

The Gala is annually held the 4th Friday in February. Typically each Gala has a different theme, and includes hors d ‘oeuvres, a cash bar, reverse raffle, live and silent auctions, and entertainment. This fundraiser is a great time for community members to show their support for MCC while enjoying a fun evening with friends. Come be part of the Northeast Colorado region’s social event of the year!

Our 2022 gala raised over $167,000 that goes to scholarship and program support.

Donor | Scholar Luncheon

The MCC Foundation has reignited its annual Donor/Scholar Luncheon! Held at the beginning of each Fall semester, the event is a great event to connect the students with donors, make network connections, and learn the newest and most up-to-date happenings at the college. Typically, 90 donors and student attend annually.

Student Spotlight

Adam Cordova
All-Star Alumni

Adam, a first-generation student, says MCC “taught him how to be a student.” Thanks to donations of scholarship funds, and thanks to his hard work, he received a GED, two degrees from MCC, and a Bachelor’s degree. He is now a Spanish/ESL teacher and promotes community college to his students. He has also encouraged others in his family to pursue college after his successful experience.
