Log In to MyMCC:

  1. Select the “Student” tab.
  2. Under “Registration Tools,” click on “Order Official Transcript.”
  3. Follow the steps to complete the request.
Former Students

You will be required to provide:

  • E-mail Address.
  • Name, Birth Date, and last four digits of your Social Security Number.
  • Student ID Number, if known.
  • Current Mailing Address and Phone Number.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.

Third-Party RequestsCharge
Paper Transcripts requested by a third-party (learning institutions, businesses, law firms, etc.) must be accompanied by a current Release of Information form completed by the student. Third-party requests are only delivered via standard USPS.$5.00
Note: Transcripts will not be released to students with an outstanding financial balance at any college within the Colorado Community College System. Verify that your grades/degree are posted on “View My Unofficial Transcript” on the Student tab in MyMCC before ordering because requests are processed when submitted. If you do not have a credit card, you may order a transcript in-person at MCC Student Services or your local Center during normal business hours.
