Complete your certificate or degree!
With the Return to Earn grant and Finish What You Started grant you can earn money to come back to MCC and finish your certificate or degree!
- Earn money at the beginning or end of the term for completing courses.
- Have greater opportunities for employment and advancement.
- Have a dedicated, personal advisor to help you through the process.
- Achieve personal goals and have a sense of accomplishment.
Who is eligible?
Students that:
- Have not previously earned a certificate or degree.
- Have already earned some credits at MCC.
- Earn C’s or better in all classes.
- Respond to regular check-ins with the Return to Earn advisor.
- Attend a final meeting with the Return to Earn advisor.
Eligible for up to $1,500
Awarded at the BEGINNING and the END of the semester.
Who is eligible?
Students that:
- Have stopped out for two or more semesters.
- Have not previously earned a certificate or degree.
- Have earned some college credits.
- Earn C’s or better in all classes.
- Respond to regular check-ins with the Finish What You Started advisor.

Awarded at the BEGINNING of the semester.
