What is a Transfer Degree?
A transfer degree from Morgan Community College is a smart way to begin your college journey. You’ll complete your first two years at MCC, where classes are smaller and more affordable. Then, you can transfer to a four-year public university in Colorado to finish your bachelor’s degree.
These degrees are called Degrees with Designation (DwDs). That means they’re set up to match the program you plan to transfer into, depending on the university you choose.

Connie Mitchell
Connie has been teaching at MCC full time since 2015. She is a proud first generation student and graduate from University of Northern Colorado and Grand Canyon University. She was born and raised in Morgan County. Before MCC she taught elementary school as well as some online college courses. She loves traveling, board games, and being with her family.

Carol Kuper
Carol Kuper is a dedicated math and statistics instructor with a strong background in data analysis and research. She has taught at several colleges and has been part of Morgan Community College since 2000. Carol holds degrees in mathematics and applied statistics and has worked in both healthcare and the judicial system as a data analyst and psychometrician. She is committed to student-centered learning and academic excellence.

Desryan Jenson earned a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Iowa in 2006 and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008. He began teaching in Iowa in 2009 and did so until January 2019 when he moved to Colorado to join the faculty at MCC. Desryan is raising two children with his wife and is an avid gamer, disc golfer, and a huge Nuggets fan.
