What is a Transfer Degree?
A transfer degree from Morgan Community College is a smart way to begin your college journey. You’ll complete your first two years at MCC, where classes are smaller and more affordable. Then, you can transfer to a four-year public university in Colorado to finish your bachelor’s degree.
These degrees are called Degrees with Designation (DwDs). That means they’re set up to match the program you plan to transfer into, depending on the university you choose.

Dr. Divinity O’Connor De Los Rios is a sociocultural anthropologist and sociologist with expertise in the Middle East and North Africa, social media, popular culture, and social movements. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology and has conducted international fieldwork and presented research around the world. Teaching since 2005, Dr. O’Connor De Los Rios brings a deep commitment to inclusive education and creating welcoming, respectful classroom environments for all students.
