Meet the Faculty

Faculty
Mónica Carrasco
Mónica has been teaching Spanish courses at MCC since 2019. She has extensive prior expertise in interpreting/translation work both informally and formally.
As a heritage Spanish speaker herself, Mónica is especially passionate about working with bilingual learners and first-generation college students. She strives to design courses that are welcoming, interactive and fun to help students connect language learning with real-life opportunities.
