Morgan Community College (MCC) announces both an internal transition and the addition of a new professional to its team, each bringing valuable experience and a strong commitment to advancing the college’s mission and the communities it serves.
Sheila Roth, serving as the College Store Assistant since 2023, has transitioned into the role of Instructional Coordinator as of October 1, 2025. Roth is an MCC alumna with an Associate of Arts degree and brings more than 30 years of experience in the medical field. Her background includes coordinating scheduling for multiple providers, onboarding and training new employees, managing compliance with private insurance and state programs, and overseeing office operations. Roth’s expertise and longstanding dedication to MCC will serve students and faculty well in her new position.
Hayley Bell-Harris joined the Instructional Office team as an Instructional Coordinator on October 1, 2025. An alumna of MCC, Bell-Harris earned her Associate of Arts degree before continuing her studies at Metropolitan State University (MSU) of Denver, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Professionally, she has been a Pro Tutor at MCC since 2022 and most recently completed an internship in the Psychological Sciences Academic Advising Department at MSU Denver. Her academic achievements and experience supporting students make her a strong addition to the college’s instructional support team.
