Bachelor Degree
MCC is excited to offer a new Bachelor Degree in Business Administration & Management! Take all four-years of this degree from an MCC campus, with many courses being flexible formats. This program is a great fit for students who have already earned an associate degree in a related field, like Business Administration, or for those with work experience who want formal business training.
Transfer Degrees
Planning to earn a bachelor’s degree at a 4-year university in Colorado? Start here!

Meet the Faculty

Leah Thomas
Leah has extensive business experience from her family’s businesses and supervising multiple Starbucks stores across the Front Range. She excels in employee training, development, and driving operational and financial success. Leah holds an MBA from Western Governors University and has completed CPA prep courses to support her students’ career goals. She enjoys seeing her students thrive academically and professionally.
Leah lives in Fort Morgan with her husband and two children and loves spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Beatty Jamieson
Beatty began teaching as a full-time business instructor in Fall 2025. Prior to joining MCC, he led many entrepreneurial ventures over 18 years including online retail, digital publishing, social media marketing, product development, and technology innovation. Beatty received a Bachelors in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters of Finance from Colorado State University.
Beatty lives in Morgan County with his wife and two children, and enjoys following his entrepreneurial passion by experimenting with “hobbies that make money”.
