Morgan Community College (MCC) announces the appointment of Bill Miller as Dean of Workforce Development, effective June 1, 2026. Miller brings a strong combination of industry experience, instructional leadership, and institutional knowledge to the role. A valued member of the MCC team for the past five years, he has served as Precision Agriculture Faculty since 2021 and as Career and Technical Education Division Chair since 2023, helping expand and strengthen workforce-focused programming that supports students and regional employers.
As Dean of Workforce Development, Miller will oversee the continued growth of workforce education and training opportunities, strengthen relationships with business and industry partners, and support alignment between academic programming and regional labor market demands. His experience working directly with students, faculty, employers, and community stakeholders will help advance MCC’s mission of preparing a skilled workforce for Northeast Colorado and beyond.
Prior to joining MCC, Miller served as a Precision Farming Specialist with Wickham Tractor Company, where he worked closely with producers to implement advanced agricultural technologies. His professional background also includes leadership roles in operations management and service in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Unit Leader.
Miller holds extensive experience in workforce training, technical education, and organizational leadership, bringing a practical understanding of industry needs and workforce development strategies to his new position.
