With the help of scholarships from the Foundation, Travis was able to pursue his dream and graduated from MCC’s Nursing program in 2020. About nursing, he says, “There’s just a level of compassion that you have to have that’s difficult to obtain. You have to have a strong heart to get into it.”

Introducing Iqra Dol, a nursing student on her way to her BSN and then to become a nurse practitioner. In the middle of her studies she decided to join the military because she likes a challenge.

The Morgan Community College Foundation provides essential scholarship and program support to Morgan Community College. This support is significant to the operations of the College. In the 2019-2020 school year, the MCC Foundation provided $455,335 in scholarship support and $397,896 in program support. The 2019-2020 school year is the seventh year in a row that the MCC Foundation has been able to offer a scholarship to every student that applied by the priority deadline.
