Morgan Community College (MCC) will hold a Salute to Veterans event on November 11, 2025, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, at the Veterans Plaza on the MCC Fort Morgan campus, 920 Barlow Road. This ceremony, honoring veterans, will include remarks from MCC President, Dr. Curt Freed. Joe Bowman, U.S. Army Veteran and MCC’s Concurrent Enrollment Director, will conclude the ceremony by performing a rendition of Taps.
Following the ceremony, attendees are invited to a reception in Founders Room for chili and cinnamon rolls, provided with support from Drovers Restaurant and the MCC Roadrunner Café. This event is open to the public. MCC invites community members to join in recognizing veterans’ service and sacrifice.
