David’s open-door policy, mentorship, and leadership as a HOSA (Future Health Professionals) advisor provides exceptional support for students, both academically and professionally. She consistently pursues partnerships with local schools and healthcare providers, expanding pathways for students and reinforcing MCC’s community presence. David empowers students, strengthens the profession, and leaves a lasting mark on everyone fortunate enough to learn from her.

Crandall joined MCC in 2008 and held various student support roles before transitioning to her current position as the Student Success Advisor for Health Occupations in 2022.
