Some College
There are flexible (shorter) pathways for people who have completed their A.A.S. in a Skilled Trade, some college and/or work experience. Please contact an advisor to apply these experiences to your degree pathway.
Credits may be awarded for work experience and prior learning. Please talk to your advisor for more information.
No College
If you are starting from scratch, you will complete a 4-year degree plan (30 technical education credits + 30 general education credits + 61 teacher prep coursework).

Meet the Faculty

Faculty
Cathy Pacheco Ogle
Cathy Pacheco Ogle is the lead EDU faculty member. She brings many years of experience in education to this role. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming, graduating with honors. Cathy taught elementary school for more than twenty years and also worked as an instructional coach. While teaching, she earned two master’s degrees. She received a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from Argosy University.
Later, she became a principal and served in four different school districts in Colorado. During that time, she attended the Tointon Leadership Academy at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. She has also been a member of the Colorado Association for School Executives and CO-ALAS, the Colorado Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents.
