Provide Official Transcripts

To transfer your credits, MCC needs official transcripts from every regionally accredited college or university you have attended.

You will need to:

  • Send your official transcripts directly to the MCC Registrar’s Office, either by mail or electronically from the transfer institution.
  • For Foreign transcripts (from colleges & universities outside the U.S.)
    • Your transcripts must be evaluated course-by-course by an approved evaluation service. Approved evaluation services can be found at https://www.naces.org/members.
    • The evaluation service will need to send a copy of the evaluation directly to the MCC Registrar’s Office.

Transcript Evaluation

  • Only courses with a grade of “C” or higher may transfer and apply toward your MCC program
  • Coursework over 10 years old may not apply; programs have different requirements
  • Allow 30 days for transcript evaluation
  • Results will be sent to your MCC student email
